  1. I have a 50 dollar bill that has Series 1969. B10480719A. It has WASHINGTON DC as the Issuing State. I could not find it on the list os Star Notes.

    • Hi, this wouldn’t be a star note because the serial number contains Federal Reserve District “B” and block letter “A” at the end. The star would appear at the end of the serial number, e.g. B10480719*.

      I don’t have an offer on your note, it is very common by collecting standards.
