City Info | Campbell is a city in Dunklin County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,992 at the 2010 census. Campbell was originally called Four Mile, and under the latter name settlement was made in 1844. The town site was platted in 1886, and the present name adopted from Alexander Campbell, a local judge.
