City InfoStigler is a city in and county seat of Haskell County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 2,685 at the 2010 census, a 2.0 percent decline from 2,731 at the 2000 census. Stigler is home to the Haskell County Courthouse, which has become notable for erecting marble statues of the Ten Commandments and the Mayflower Compact on the front lawn.
