City Info | Mullan is a city in Shoshone County in the northern part of the U.S. state of Idaho. The population was 692 at the 2010 census, down from 840 in 2000. The city is in the east end of the Silver Valley mining district in a sheltered canyon of the Coeur d'Alene Mountains at an elevation of 3,278 feet above sea level.
